"AVOID AVOID AVOID this hotel. The pictures shown here do not match the condition nor the way this property looks like. It’s dirty, old, bad maintained, it’s just nasty. I booked a different room that the one I was given. I walked out right away with my son. Don’t waste your money. I found the spark Hilton down the road for 30 dollars more and was one thousand times better! Learn from my mistake. Going cheap is not the best way… you will regret it. This hotel is nothing like it looks in the pictures. Be aware. "

"Awesome place to stay for the money. Building is a bit dated, but has be very nicely taken care of. They had a small but really nice breakfast. The hotel is pet friendly, has a dog park and doesn't gouge you for your pet. Staff is extremely friendly. Couldn't say enough. The pool and hot tub were in use by other guests. Looked like fun "

"Shower door wouldn’t stay shut and would open by itself.. track not level. 2 restaurants but no menus in rooms.. they should have that. Had an issue with valet where our car was parked outside on the exit ramp for 2 days, they didn’t know where it was at. Blaimed on new staff, but manager took off charges. No one came by to clean our room or ask us if we needed anything for 2 days. Had to get items from front desk. Staff generally nice, great breakfast, and beautiful property… just need to get a few things more together.. weird experience "

"The photos that we saw online were very deceiving. It looked much nicer online than it actually is. It is very old, the bedrooms were not as nice as they appeared. Nothing was mentioned about the train tracks behind the hotel. Trains running through in the morning. It wasn't in the best area. Would not stay there again."

"Definitely needs upgrades in the bathroom and some other areas. However, there was a poster stating they will be doing some renovations. The breakfast buffet was large but would have liked some gluten free choices with bread or muffins. The staff was extremely friendly. "
