"Faith my check in representative was awesome. She heard I was running late for a wedding and made sure check-in was flawless. The room was clean and ready for our arrival. There are no amenities such as lotion but that is ok I bought my own. After a great wedding the bed was welcoming. Will stay again. "

"They dont keep their word. If u have a issue dont expect a refund. I order a room n got something else cheaper cus they can be truthful. Dont try to give money bac when they mess up. Beach was lovely but that dont have nothing to do with hitel. Stay at your own chance. Never will i come back here. "
