"Parking was a complete nightmare. You pay $34/day and there are literally not enough parking spots to accommodate the parking passes they sold. The pool was lovely and we were able to get lounge chairs, which was nice. Valet attendants were SO friendly and helpful. Pool towels were plentiful and the attendants were polite unlike many hotel/resorts where they carefully ration them. Our shower faucet was broken and the maintenance man repaired it quickly. He was literally hustling. I was very impressed. I’d give it 5 stars if the evening parking situation wasn’t so awful. We circled for 15-20 minutes both nights!! It’s crazy to be charged $68 for that! "

"Love all the amenities for the children....great job! Lighting in the room could be better. It defaults in us opening up the blinds when we wouldn't want to ...the bedside lights are very dim. Even if a lamp was bought and put in the corner that would help extremely much. For breakfast, there was bacon and pork sausage....some ppl don't eat pork. So a veggie option or anything other than pork will be nice for customers to have that option....besides that . Nice job"

"Although the room was nice i was overcharged for my breakfast and charged 10 a night to park with no notice until check in of the charge when asked at the desk for an explanation nothing was done to fix the overcharge andcwas told the reasteraunt wad 3rd party and to take it up with them not happy..."

"Did not get the room I booked and had to wait 2 hours before checking in. The water dripped all day in the shower. The food was garbage. The best thing at the resort was the water park, pool and hot tub. "

"Hotel is fantastic price great location great amenities the hotel was very clean. Staff was friendly. They even had an on-site restaurant with good pricing in good menu items.. our room, particularly the outlets weren’t working like the hairdryer that leads to the lamp to plug in your iPhones and such but we were too lazy to calm down to the front desk to have them fix it. And the sliders to the bathroom we’re broke so we couldn’t close them all the way, but I never complained so I’m sure they would’ve switched rooms if I asked.. "
