"Don’t fall for the price, $15 Per Parkin per Night. Please read all, on ad posted page. we arrived at 3:00 but Check in time is at 4:00Pm and we waited till 5:30Pm to get the room. If they wants to fill the pool, you don’t get water in bathroom, I can understand but they could have filled up midnights not early in the morning and The phone line don’t work in the room! Nevertheless Staff is very polite!! "

"Room had no microwave nor end tables. We spoke with a maid twice in English and Spanish requesting fresh towels. We never got them. When we inquired with the front desk, we were told they do not give out fresh towels. We only had fresh towels for one night out of a four night stay. Unacceptable."

"Stayed here last February and loved it so much we came back. Even asked for the same room. The staff is very professional and accommodating. If you're looking for a great experience, please consider giving them a try. Surf & Sand Hotel is really top notch! We will be coming back later this year."

"This property is very old. Not at all what is advertised. The room was dirty especially the floors. Our sink was stopped up and took them 2 days to fix it only because I complained to management! Phone was also not working. The housekeeping staff was lazy. Only made one of our beds one morning and not the other. Beachview was the only nice thing about this dump!"

"This property had teenagers who were very disruptive the entire stay threatening guests - beating on doors lighting firecrackers at doors and running - the hotel provided no compensation or alternatives "

"Lynn who’s the lady who helped me book my reservation was amazing, she’s the reason my children enjoyed their spring break. I would say the resort in itself can use so cleanliness all around especially with the indoor pool . The rooms can use an update as well including new carpet and curtains . The view is amazing 🤗"
