"Great room, nice but tiny pool. Really good food, but crowded and not well prepared for the volume of people. Employees not friendly. Hotel seemed unprepared for guests. Not enough towels, food, clean silverware, etc. but the room was clean and lovely. Location is better than some in the area, and not the best. Wondered about car security but had no issues. Would stay again but might also go somewhere with more pool area since the crowded small space made it hard to enjoy. "

"Awesome customer service! These folks put 'accomodation' back into hotel 'accomodations'. The hot breakfast was on point! We were getting our vehicle fixed at the Jeep dealership and enjoyed our stay at this lodge. "

"Thunderbird Lodge was perfect. I was working a festival in French Gulch that ran out of accomodations and Thunderbird Lodge was a great crashpad for me. I can't speak for the pool or out of the room amenities, since I was only in my room between the hours of 2am-12pm, but everything in the room was great. Clean, comfy, and relaxing. The only issue was that the phone would ring at random hours in the morning (even around 3am!) and when I'd answer, either no one was there or I couldn't hear them....

"Great stay with Above and Beyond Excellent service from front desk host David!!! Memorial Day weekend stay for a family wedding. The hotel is conveniently off the freeway and minutes away from department stores and food. The rooms were clean and comfortable and good quality mattress and pillows. Surprised they used memory foam pillows for extra comfort. Basic Continental breakfast but the icing on the cake for this stay was the Amazing front desk host David.
