"So convenient to the airport — an easy walk to terminal 2 and short train ride to the other terminals. No stress before an early morning flight. Great gym and pretty good casual restaurant. Clean and comfortable rooms."

"The property was really clean and well-maintained. Everyone was super helpful when we needed something. We stayed during the week, so it was unfortunate that we couldn't take advantage of the bowling alley. In addition, we didn't utilize the pool or fitness center, so I can't speak to those. The room was big and clean. We ate in the bar/dining room several times. It would be great if there was a little more to the menu, and they served a little later, but overall, the food was really good, and we enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay again!"

"we were greeted very kindly, allowed to check in early, and since there was bad weather, we spent the first day in our room...the only issue we had was with the thermostat/AC, and that was very promptly looked at. we didn't hear a lot of noise, everything was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the restaurant and bar were great! there's a walkway to the L (Blue line) in the parking lot, which is SUPER convenient, and there are a few shops/restaurants not too far from the hotel itself. we would definitely stay there again!"

"Location in West Loop is fantastic, a block away from Whole Foods and a number of great restaurants in Greek town. The staff was fantastic in addressing our needs immediately including a clogged sink and sliding door that came off the tracks. The infrastructure is a bit old and outdated. The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. We called to ask for one to be brought up, which took about 20 minutes. Normally, it would not be a big deal, but we arrived at 11 PM, so it was less than ideal for our toddler as it was very much past his bedtime."
