I really enjoyed staying in Holmfield hotel for 2 nights. There are two parks surrounding the hotel which makes you feel like living among the woods, very quiet and mind peace. The bar was perfect and served with outstanding breakfast and drinks. Everything was perfect.

Staff were great, breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean and pretty new looking. All round a good stay and worth the money.

Always a great stay here! Value for money and terrific staff!

Four night stay whilst we (mother and adult son) raced about taking care of legal aspects of an UK property deal. HIEX was a clean, comfortable, welcoming place to come back to each night. We had a double room, booked through a comparison website, but a quick call to the hotel after booking arranged an additional 'rollaway' bed with no hassle and no additional charge. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable rate.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. What a great place to stay and was decorated for Christmas, so cheery and pretty. The breakfast in the pub was wonderful. Lots of options and well appointed.

My partner and I had a wonderful time.The Waterton Hotel provides a most peaceful, relaxing, luxurious experience. We will definitely love to visit again, and recommend it to anyone in need of a romantic getaway

Other than repeated difficulties we had finding the hotel upon returning from our daily genealogical research outings in the area, we had the MOST wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were well-appointed and clean. The food--both the menu and preparation--was of the highest quality (i.e., what I might expect for a large city restaurant, but found in this small town on the outskirts of Leeds). 315 is an absolute gem of a place. So much packed into a small property set in a beautiful area. The food and service were exceptional, the room modern amd cozy. I didnt have chance to use the spa but it too looks fantastic. I will be back!

We made a last minute trip and found This hotel! The property is beautiful - going through wonderful renovations! We chose a heritage room, which was beautifully redecorated. The staff was wonderful and kind. Internet was good. Comfortable bed.

I had a choice of hotels in Leeds or the Black Horse. I'm so glad I chose the latter. Some extra driving, but great to be in a historic building in a historic area, and so close to the motorway and service station.

Loved my stay! The staff was super friendly and nice, felt very welcomed. The room was comfortable and clean. Parking was easy and convenient. The breakfast was perfect, I also dinned in the restaurant and loved everything. Banana Toffee Waffle dessert is well worth the calories!
