Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. "Very clean rooms staff were very helpful throughout. The Airport shuttle that was arranged for us through the hotel was easy and hassle free and on time so didn’t have to worry about our early flight and arranging a taxi. Breakfast was great. Location was good right opposite the beach. Small walk to shopping and restaurants but a lot quieter than expected considering how close everything was. Would stay again! "

"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be...

This needs to be eliminated for this hotel to welcome non-smokers. Most of the world has moved on from this stinky, filthy habit. I will re-book when smokers' rights to pollute the...

"Room was perfect only thing is maybe they need a shower cubical otherwise water goes everywhere when showering. Location is central a 5-10min walk to the beach and 15mins walk to Bangla road. Staff were excellent Jubjib, Ghaye,Noey,Bewty and Nai you guys rock. So friendly and always happy to help. Will definitely be back."
