"We had a wonderful family stay at this apartment-hotel which is centrally located in the heart of Patong barely a few minutes walk to the beach with everything happening around it. Our 2-bedroom apartment was massive and grand with every creature comfort supplied. The staff is attentive and courteous. A special mention for their breakfast and the open air dining area which was the highlight of the mornings. We would definitely come back"

The Airport shuttle that was arranged for us through the hotel was easy and hassle free and on time so didn’t have to worry about our early flight and arranging a taxi. Breakfast was great. Location was good right opposite the beach. Small walk to shopping and restaurants but a lot quieter than expected considering how close everything was. Would stay again! "

"The stay at Austrian Gardens, for the price, was a truly pleasant stay. The service staff were friendly and prompt with their service, and even handled the troubles (e.g. multiple blackouts, wifi breakdown) effectively. The areas were well-maintained with daily housekeeping. Honestly, the place was calming and relaxing after a day's out. Location is also very walkable distance to Patong Beach, the shopping malls (20 mins walk) and accessible by transport. Just an area of improvement would be...

"A friendly oasis in the heart of Phuket. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful especially Sai ( ทราย ) on reception who was very nice and friendly and helped with recommendations. Breakfast had a great selection. "This was a great stay & I would recommend to others. We were welcomed with delicious mango juice during check-in and that just set the tone for the rest of our stay. Friendly and super helpful staff. The breakfast was amazing and different everyday. Every need and concern was addressed and fixed. The location was also close to everything. About a 8 min walk to the beach and 15 min walk to Bangla and the mall. I will definitely stay again when I return. "
