I stay in a lot of 5 star hotels and this one is by far the best. The service is outstanding. Every single person who works at this hotel is genuinely nice and genuinely wants to be of service for you. I highly recommend staying here if you are traveling with a family or bigger party as well. The location and ocean were nice. It was very quiet except for the sounds of the ocean and you didn't know if guests were next door or in the hall. The towels, yes the towels, were very absorbant and soaked up the water on your skin. There is NO BEACH !! NOT A BEACHFRONT PROPERTY!! Beach is washed away!!

They treated us like royalty. Private, beautiful, wish we could have stayed longer. The way the resort is set up its as though the beach is private, even though all public beaches in Hawaii are public. All of the staff knew my name, even those I hadn't talked to. All of the staff was great. The manager of Hoku's was the best.

Staying at The Ritz-Carlton Waikiki was an experience I just have to share. Honestly, it was the customer service that blew me away – it's like they've set a whole new standard. Imagine rating them 100 out of 10; that's how good they were. When our bidet had an issue, they had it replaced in less than 30 minutes. Needed a remote? Boom, delivered in 30 minutes as well. The valet parking wasn't just convenient, it was lightning fast. But, let me tell you, the real MVPs of our stay were the staff....

The room was clean and spacious, as was the bathroom. The hotel staff were professional, courteous, and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was the best hotel breakfast I have had in years, with rotating options, an omelet bar, and fresh cut pineapple. It was an all around 5 star stay.

It is the best option for traveling!

I like that this property is so close to the beach and shopping area. The gym and laundry facilities located on the same floor was convenient. I was able to work out while waiting for the laundry to be done. The manager’s reception with live music and the breakfast with miso soup daily sweet fresh pineapple were really enjoyable. we chose this hotel because we could get a 2 bedroom condo which was great for traveling with 2 teenagers, we had 2 bathrooms, plenty of room, all brand new and upgraded ammenities.

Simple with nice touches but too expensive.
