The service is impeccable, the hotel has 140+ years of history, and the dining choices are superb. Well worth the stay. And did I mention the staff? They welcomed me back (I had stayed years before) as if I were an honored guest. That little item made my day. I will return someday."

" very nice property! instructions on how to use microwave way too complicated. would have been nice if there was an start stop button in English. Washing machine also hard to use the dryer cycle. Poor English instructions."

"This was one of our favourite stays in Japan. The staff were super accommodating to me and my dietary restrictions which I appreciated so much! One person in our party left something behind and the hotel staff we super nice and helpful to send the item to them at our next hotel. We will make sure to stay here again our next time in Japan."
