JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Hakata Chuo

10/10 Excellent

"We booked a standard double room with 1 queen bed in a non smoking room, this hotel is in a great location with Hakata station being a 5 minute walk away making it easy to get to other destinations. The room had a well designed layout, excellent powerful shower, and there was plenty of room in the breakfast area which had a noodle station. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. An excellent hotel and I would stay here again."

10/10 Excellent

"I really had a great stay here and I do recommend this hotel for tourists who plan to visit Fukuoka! Location: The hotel is just a block away from Hakata train and bus station; Canal City Hakata is also walkable. There is a 7-11 just beside the hotel, making it really easy to grab snacks, drinks and supplies. The neighbourhood is quiet, and very safe. Rooms and amenities: Be sure to reserve a room that fits the number of travellers. I booked a Single Room and there was literally only one pillow, one pair of slippers, one towel etc. This is naturally only fair to the hotel. Having said that, everything was clean and comfortable. The airconditioning was fully adjustable and that is a HUGE plus in my books! Breakfast was good - you choose between a western or Japanese breakfast, and also have access to the mini buffet, which in my opinion, is already more than sufficient. And yummy! The highlight was the mentaiko that is served in the breakfast buffet - truly representative of Fukuoka cuisine. Staff and service: Very friendly, very helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze. Room service was awesome - even if you indicate “no room service” for the day, you are still supplied with a fresh towel and bathroom mat which is hung outside the door. How great is that!"

Hotel Nikko Fukuoka

10/10 Excellent

"The staff service was excellent, the hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. Some parts of the hotel are undergoing remodeling, but I didn’t hear a thing the buffet breakfast and the dinner were pretty good. Hotel was conveniently attached to the subway station so we didn’t have to go outside or get Transportation. The subway staff was very helpful pointed to the right direction and we entered into the hotel from the subway station. I enjoyed the stay."

Premier Hotel Mojiko

10/10 Excellent

"We love the location of this hotel; right on the water with such amazing views. There are many cafes and restaurants near by. We enjoyed walking around the area during the day and night. Area is nice and quiet. There is free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They also have instant coffee and tea available in the room with the electric kettle. Parking is available at 1100 yen/night with in and out privileges. Tourist tax 200 yen per person per night. Which is all standard and fine. Mojiko is a great area. Not too busy; but there's enough to do for a few days. Great place to chill and relax. The only thing that would make it even better would be having onsite coin laundry machines. Overall, we had a great stay and will return if we are in the area again."
