"This is a great apartment for a group of family or friends as there are 2 rooms upstairs and 2 downstairs with plenty of bathrooms. The living area is bright and spacious and there is a separate reception room. Location wise it is an easy walk to the hub of St Leonards and there are cute cafes very closeby. There was a leak in the roof when we arrived, but this subsided once the rain stopped - this didn't hamper our stay. "

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and well stocked. The location, just off Hastings town, was really well positioned for exploring the local area. There were a few issues with check-in communication, which were resolved quickly. Disappointed that the sofa bed hadn’t been made up ahead of our stay, as it was part of the main write up. "We had a fantastic stay in Hastings, the property was exactly as expected and the host was easy to connect with and left snacks, water and other goodies for our family which was extremely helpful. Location was very convenient and there is a huge car park across the street. Having Hanuska Cafe downstairs was also a bonus, it made getting the day started so easy and the food/coffee was delicious. "The apartment is very nice and spacious, with lovely fittings. Overall let down by the poor quality mattresses and poor quality bedding and pillows. It’s such a shame as a lot of thought has gone into the design of the place and it has very good quality kitchen and bathrooms so why skimp on poor quality mattresses and cheap synthetic bedding. An additional armchair in the reception room is required as there is only seating for 3 people when you market it for 4 or 4 people. Definitely require a...
