The staff was friendly and helpful. There was coffee/tea/hot beverages available in the lobby. The beachfront location is great! Property is in a great location but the hotel is very run down and despirately needs updating.

Rockaway Beach Resort
View was amazing! I could lay in bed and watch the waves. Rockaway Beach is the cleanest beach. Be advised, there is no elevator, but the 3rd floor view was worth the climb.
