"My sister’s and I had the best time here. The staff was nice and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would say was off was the pool, it seemed like it hadn't been cleaned, but the towels and chairs were properly clean. The breakfast was hot and ready even after the start time of breakfast. They had plenty of options of fruit, cereal, milk and juices. AND it is surrounded by plenty of other options to eat and enjoy our time. Will definitely be coming back to enjoy!! "

"Upon arrival, the guest service agents were kind and attentive to guests, even while others waited in line, and were careful to give each guest their attention. With this location being in the heart of downtown, it was easy to walk to the theatre or enjoy a walk along the lake."
