"We had a great stay at The Stable. It’s really comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a relaxing time. It’s in a peaceful setting yet close enough to quickly pick up any necessities. Easy parking is a bonus and taxis were easily bookable too. We are regular visitors to the area and really wish we’d found this place much sooner. For us it was perfect and we’ll definitely be back."

"Lovely rural location a few miles from Burscough & Ormskirk On a working arable farm where there is also a campsite Tea room & small shop with a few B&B rooms. Very quiet overnight. Excellent breakfast & helpful staff"

"We went to stay with friends for a couple of nights to catch up and see more friends nearby. We had a wonderful time. Amy made us feel really welcome through her messages in advance and we really appreciated the welcome basket of goodies she had left for us. The cottage was beautiful, clean, and everything we needed. The log fired hot tub was a real treat and we barely left the cottage the whole time, except to walk round the locks and back. Highly recommended and excellent value for money. We will be back!"
