We'd definitely stay again! The location is perfect if your priorities are seeing Parliament and experiencing the amazing restaurants and shops on Elgin street. We visited in February and everything we wanted to see/do was within a 25 min walk. The staff were really lovely and happy to make recommendations -- especially the valets. The pool and hot tub are nice. Only drawback(s) were we thought all rooms came with robes and slippers, which we were looking forward to for before/after the pool...

This is an excellent and reasonably-priced choice for a visit to Ottawa by car. The hotel is modern, clean and the rooms are totally comfortable. Ours had a full kitchenette - even a small dishwasher! Larger than usual TV. Management was quickly responsive to our requests for more coffee pods and towels.
