Hotel is warm and clean, quiet and convenient (close to central stations),staffs are warm and helpful,.. A stay filled with warm memories for us! Definitely will choose this hotel again if coming back to Luzern city!"

"This hotel is great. It is a 15 min bus ride from the airport and located close to the train station, only a 5 min walk away. There was a great little grocery store on the way to the train that had fresh baked pastries every morning. The hotel offered a breakfast buffet but was very expensive (it is Switzerland) for CHF25 per person. We chose croissants, fruit, yogurt and drinks at the grocer for a fraction of the cost. We had the junoir suite which had 2 rooms, one with a queen bed and the other with bunks and a pull out single bed (sleeping 5 in total). All rooms had wonderful large windows and the bathroom was clean and spacious. There was also plenty of closet space and a safe. There was a mini fridge and kettle in the room as welk. We were really happy with this hotel and would definitely recommend it."
