"We had such a wonderful time at The Bay Hotel. Upon check-in, concierge was kind enough to walk us through our cabana, ensuring we were comfortable. The room smelled amazing and was super clean. We enjoyed wine on the patio and enjoyed a few sunsets from it. The bar on site was lovely for a warm and cozy nightcap. Security always present on site by the entrance which was great. "The hotel is far away from the city center,which is what we wanted. The sunset views are amazing , and the rooms are very well apointed and beautiful. The shuttle to and from v&a is very useful to go to the city, ubers are also very available. Breakfast is out of this world!!"

"There was a little mix up when we checked in. I booked a Club Room & when I asked about Lounge access, I was told it wasn’t part of the booking. The gal at the front desk called right after I got to my room to apologize for the mix up & yes we did have access to the Lounge. Everyone was extremely nice & helpful! Longke (working at the front desk) was extremely helpful with information about surrounding areas & things to do at the Waterfront! He also kept us laughing!"
