"It's a lovely flat with everything we needed for a pleasant stay in Palermo. The air conditioning worked well which was important as the weather was so hot. The staff were helpful in allowing us to check in early and in organising transfers from and to the airport. We had a problem on the final morning when the electricity stopped working which was difficult for awhile bit fortunately it came back on after 30 mins."

"My friends and I were really comfortable at Casa Gagliani. The location was close to many points of interest. The rooms were very comfortable with their en-suite bathrooms, the plumbing was good and the neighborhood was not noisy. I highly recommend this place. "

"La struttura è molto carina, all’interno nuova e pulita. Vista dall’esterno può suscitare qualche dubbio in quanto situata in un complesso di case vecchie. Si trova in una zona popolata per lo più da stranieri, vicino alla stazione dei treni, e non proprio pulitissima. Per il resto è tutto a portata di mano se vi piace camminare, Palermo è stupenda e le persone gentili ed accoglienti. Un plus è la vicinanza del mercato di Ballarò, un’esperienza da vivere assolutamente. "
