"After a rocky start hence the 4 out of 5 stars we had a wonderful stay. The staff here are amazing. Friendly, helpful and go above and beyond particularly Sofia. We had some issues trying to check in but as soon as brought to her attention she sorted everything out for us. The pool area is lovely, relaxing albeit the main area of pool is very cold.
