The staff was some of the nicest and sweetest people and always going above and beyond to make your experience even greater. Special shoutout to Yunus for being so kind and attentive. "I stayed with my family and a 4 year old. It was absolutely fantastic. Staff was on point very gentle and professional always smiling. From security to front staff to everyone who works there. The hotel was spotless. Lovely clean pools. Life guards always at hand. Breakfast was in abundance. Always lots to choose from. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone and family and friends. The room was hugh. Very spacious. Quite private. Everything worked in our room. Very hot water beatiful pressure. Bath and shower. Was very much nothing to fault about. A shuttle service from hotel to medina....every two hours. I will be back...when time permisses."

"The service at this Riad was exceptional. From greeting and checking us in, checking in to make sure everything is okay and making sure breakfast is available for the time we were starting our day. They even set up something small for us on the day we were leaving at 7am. The rooms are clean, spacious, the bathrooms are great and the rooms are cleaned each day. The area is also very nice and walkable. It's beside a meat market but you'll only notice it when walking to and from the hotel. It's very easy to walk into the souks area and the square. I'd highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a place to stay in Marrakech."
