"They need a renovation on the property. Capert in the stairs all old and dirty, funk smells on the hallways. A/C was not working property in the nigh. Day time was very cold, but in the night was not. Not sure why... Amazing Breakfast Good customer services 👍 "

"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"First of all, the staff is just the best. The riad itself is just as it looks in the photos. I had the room off the main room and it was quiet. I could hear the rooster and birds chirping and loved it. The bed was comfortable, I had all I needed. Wi-fi was great and they have WINE The staff wants you to feel like a family member in their home and they do just that. The riad's location is safe and easy to get to once they show you how to get there. The taxis are just a five minute walk. I would absolutely stay there again and especially as a single woman guest. "
