"My fith time here - love it - great city break. This time we came for a friend’s special birthday, all three friends that had never been, loved it too! The staff are so helpfu/lovely, food good (& im a fussy eater), love the aqua and lots of things you ‘can’ do if you like. Heated pool for the cooler months is wonddrful. There’s a shuttle bus to/back from the medina but cabs to the center are reasonable (with a bit of haggling :-)). Can’t wait to go back! "

"My stay at Jaal Riad was amazing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere. We had a hammam, which was such a great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Marrakesh."

"Excellent hotel. Brilliant for families. Check in was a little slow and the air con in the room was weak. Overall though the facilities are spot on with lots for kids to do. Loved the different pools and slides. Room was spacious and very clean. Would recommend highly if travelling with young children."
