"Front desk staff was Amazing John in particular i dont remember the other gentlmans name when we checked in. The shuttle service the staff was amazing. The sports bar herbys and pineapple grill food was amaxing as well as service at both places.
We could not have been more pleased with this resort just outstanding and we would definitely be back.

"I traveled with my two teenagers and they loved the lodge they liked the feeding the animals too. I appreciated the free breakfast and the quick walk to the beach. Celeste, the owner was amazing and Lorelei at the front office also! Super helpful and helped me with horseback riding for my daughter and charter fishing for my son. Cannot recommend West Bay Lodge enough! We are going back next year too!"
"Check in was quick and easy and very hospitable. I made an error on my online booking and they accommodated me within two minutes. Highly recommend staying here. It is under some renovations, but not disturbing at all. Beautiful views, and great location. Staff is phenomenally nice. Even offered to get me dinner because the restaurant was closed.
