"First, this property is situated really well to walk to most of the major attractions and numerous restaurants. That is the good part, getting to it can be tricky. Google maps will send you in a totally wrong direction and on some exceptionally narrow streets. The staff seemed very disorganized and we felt we were put into a surplus room, not one of the regular offerings. We were there only Monday and the restaurant is closed on Mondays, so we never had an opportunity to try it out."

"The owners of the property were absolutely amazing and kind. All the employees were just as great. The home made cooking was 10/10. Highly Recommended!!!!! Beautiful country side and super close to the down town. "

"As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby Sangemini for better Italian restaurants and atmosphere. Be sure you’ve well understood directions to villa since GPS misguided couple of us."
