"Good ac, fun shows, excellent drinks. Never had a problem finding a chair at the beach or by the pool. Children's play was nice and well maintained. Expect a long check in process as they seem to need additional help up front. Though many understood English, it was spotty and we had some communication trouble but usually figured it out. The resort also could do with a more comprehensive website/app for guests. Locations weren't communicated well for activities and staff often didnt know where they were held either. Very nice overall though and we'd go back."
