"Iberostar Waves Cozumel is a smaller property with bungalow style rooms. As such the hotel host few guests than you might see at a more traditional resort. This made for a relaxing stay that never felt crowded or overwhelming. There are a lot of trees and plants on the grounds, making it feel closer to nature, and not as sterile as some resorts can be as well. The beach was nice, and the hotel has a dock where many excursions will pick you up which is really nice. As beaches go, though, there was nothing else to really to set it apart from other locations. The food was excellent, and they didn't skimp on the alcohol in the mixed drinks. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Overall I would stay here again. My only real complaint is that with the smaller size, there are fewer activities, so if you're looking for something different each day, you really will have to find excursions for that."

"Beautiful property. Setup was perfect. If you're a beer drinker, just know it's only Heineken and DosXXs. They do provide Tecate light for the rooms, but Dos seems to be the beer of choice there. My family of four had a great time, not many activities for the littles, but luckily they love the ocean and the beach, so we were good. One of the of the only properties on this side that actually has their own private beach. Cozumel is separated by private beach clubs, and we were lucky to find a resort that has an actual beach with native sand.."

"Our stay at L’and was incredible. We had 14 people staying, and no one had to share a bed.The house itself is enormous, and perfect for a big family or multiple families staying together. The bedrooms are all large and luxurious. There is a huge space inside for cooking and gathering. Everything is high end, and built for luxury. Outside is absolutely perfect. Everything is top notch. The pool is huge and amazing.Each day Victor (the caretaker) cleans up outside and resets all of the lounges, etc.Nelly and Carolina come each day to clean, make beds, clean towels, etc.The beach is incredible. You can drive or take the golf carts. Victor can take the umbrellas and chairs down any time you want to go to the beach. He is awesome. Sandra will be your main point of contact before the trip and during. Take advantage of her concierge services, she is incredible. Make sure to download WhatsApp to help with communications with all of the Luxury Cozumel team.We took advantage of the private chef for 3 dinners. If we made one mistake, it was not using Sandra’s Kitchen for all meals. Don’t make the same mistake: just book the private chef for all your meals. It is the best way to relax. The food is incredible.Also use Sandra’s kitchen to fully stock the kitchen. The price is reasonable and it is super convenient. We will be back soon and will always stay with Luxury Cozumel!"

"This place was perfect. The host thought of everything you might need for your stay. And the property mngr was very helpful with anything I needed. Very relaxing and the home cooked meal service was well worth it. I would definitely stay here again. I was a little annoyed that Secrets (next door) was charging for me to use their dock to board my dive boat. And unlock the OC, GRAND JUST DOWN THE BEACH YOU WERE UNABLE TO BOARD JUST IN THE WATER THEY HAD IT ROPED OFF FOR SWIMMING SO YOU COULDN'T DO YOU COULDN'T EVEN DO THAT SO YOU WERE PRETTY MUCH FORCED TO PAY THE 10 AND THAT'S WHETHER YOU BE STAYING THERE OR NOT SO I IMAGINE THE PEOPLE STAYING THERE WERE REALLY UNHAPPY ABOUT IT BUT ANYWAY THAT WASN'T MY HOUSE FAULT."
