Bei dem Apartment handelte es sich um eine kleine, gepflegte und nett eingerichtete Wohnung mit Balkon mit Meerblick und Gemeinschafspool. Es verfügt über eine gute Ausstattung, man hatte alles parat was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. El anfitrión muy atento en todo momento para solucionar cualquier duda (check-in y check out muy comodos). El apartamento cuenta con todas las comodidades, tanto en la cocina como en el baño. "Comfortable Apartment. Furniture getting a little worn but fine. Nice bottle of water and wine waiting for us. The property manager allowed us to check-in a little bit earlier because it was available. That was nice. Pool setting was lovely. Good value for the price."

"Pros: The property was very clean. It was very useful to have a large fridge/freezer, full oven and washing machine. Location was good with a car and parking was always available nearby. Large grocery stores within a 5-10 minute drive. Vecindario is a good location for travelling north and south in Gran Canaria via the GC1. Cons: The property could use a few more mugs, plates and microwaveable dishes."
