"We had a nice stay, we went in January so there were a lot of retired guests around. For the price it was worth it (compared to the neighbouring hotels which were more expensive) but our room waa directly under the dining room so there was always noise when they moved the chairs around. Other than that the service was very friendly and there is a spar conveniently located in the hotel."

"Greeted by friendly reception staff, lovely and clean reception area and all outside areas were well looked after. We had a premium room on floor 1 and was lovely...maids cleaned room virtually every day... back gate was great as only short walk to shops, bars and restaurants definitely will be going again"

"Given a ground floor appartment. The people above us was dragging chairs and banging on the floor. Really noisy. We asked to please be quite. Nouse started at 7am. Again when we was lying down in the afternoon. The stack pipe from anove woke us up in the middle of the night if the upstairs people used the loo. Our bedroom was connected to the bathroom with a sensor light that stayed on for 2 mins if you moved in your bed making it like the eluminations of blackpool. Never again"
