"Great location , amazing staff and very clean , lovely breakfast , really big rooms with separate bedrooms , just a bit tired and dated , rooms don’t come with a kettle but I asked and was given one immediately , shame aircon only in lounge area not bedroom I found it too hot even leaving door open to bedroom and it wasn’t summer time ! I had an accident and had to go to hospital , staff on reception really helpful sorting which hospital to use and a taxi ! Only thing pre travel is I had lots of...
"Apartamentos Amazonas is well situated, about 800 metres from reception to the beach via a path (a bit less via path, road and lots of steps), 400 metres from the nearest supermarket and 600 metres from the bars and restaurants in CC Kasbah.
My west-facing apartment was spacious and well equipped and the balcony had sunshine from about 14:30 until abut an hour before sunset. The cleaner came four times a week, usually in the early afternoon which was good for me as I sleep late. As there was no...
"Got what we paid for. Pool area is good, apartment was good, AC did what we needed, it saved the day after our original booking elsewhere went very wrong."
"I travelled here solo, and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was great – but what truly made my trip special was Eduardo and the bar crew.
Travelling alone can feel lonely sometimes, but Eduardo made sure it never did. His warmth, energy, and genuine care made me feel like I was visiting an old friend. He remembered my name and my favourite drink, and always greeted me with a big smile. The whole bar team shares that same spirit – they bring so...
