"Overall lovely hotel, food was great throughout and pools were so lovely and warm. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and shuttle to the beach was super helpful. Couple of improvements - the tiles around the pooo get super slippy, we saw several kids fall and almost tripped ourselves. The manager who was manning the ice cream parlour was particularly rude and unhelpful and really put a downer on our trip. On the plus side, entertainment staff were great, especially Marc running games before evening...

"We booked this hotel as on Google Maps it said it was pet friendly. On our booking, we made a note that we were bringing two dogs with us who were very well behaved. Check in was from 3-6pm. We arrived at 5:30pm to no one in reception but our keys were in the apartment. At around 7:30pm a man from reception came up to take our details. "Super locatie direct aan het strand. Appartement was wel wat gedateerd maar het was schoon en toch maar alleen om te slapen. Met de taxi ben je met 5 minuten in Puerto Rico met mooi nieuw winkelcentrum met heel veel restaurants van goede kwaliteit."
