Vastly improved rooms, especially the bathrooms, since we last stayed and the dining is very good.

This was a very convenient stay right outside Trafalgar Square. The hotel was very clean and easy to check in and drop bags after a long day of travel.

The location of this place is great! 12 minute walk to the British Museum, 15 minute walk to Chinatown for incredible dim sum, 7 minute walk to the theater district. half a block from the Holborn underground station and a straight 50 minute ride back to Heathrow for like $6. Faster and a lot cheaper than the ride share it took to get there.

I love the location. It’s very close to two tube stations, with the Waterloo station being my favorite. It’s very close to lower marsh street, which is a walkable street with lots of street vendors. The London eye, Big Ben and Parliament are all a 10 to 15 minute walk which will put you at the Westminster station. The room was larger than most rooms in the area for the price. We only stayed one night but it’s right next to the bridge so it’s pretty much around everything, the restaurant downstairs was very good as well.

I had an amazing stay at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge! The hotel itself is beautiful, offering stunning views and excellent amenities. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the exceptional service. Myriam went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was perfect. Very nicely located. Water pressure in the shower was good. The room was not too spacious for 3 adults. The hotel has 2 elevators but only one was working. That caused issues in the morning when people was going to eat breakfast or check in out.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of shopping, dining options and the tube. The onsite restaurant has a wonderful breakfast option, so add it to your stay. As a solo traveler I felt quite safe, and the staff was wonderful! Will definitely stay here again.
