"my first time in Madrid and I would love to come back here!! staff was very helpful and always welcoming. the breakfast buffet was really great with lots of options. i love the close proximity this hotel is to the Metro station. i felt very safe coming and going. would recommend to everyone!"

"Modern hotel near Atocha train station & museums, with spacious lobby & rooms. Breakfast is expensive at €25 per person with average offerings. The hotel’s decor is mostly composed of black, red and grey. It doesn’t feel very light or airy. I think it’s an OK hotel, but a bit pricey for what it offers."

"Great accommodation, communication and check in process. The reason for 4 stars and not 5 is (I’d have given it 4.5 if possible) is: (1) The microwave in our property was out of order (the host knew - it had a sticker on It saying so) and we were not told before we arrived, which was a bit annoying. They subsequently offered to move us to another but it was the evening by then, we were tired and only staying one night. Surely it would have been better to put us in a property with a working microwave before checking in? (2) if you head straight up the road or turn right out of the property the area is fine; but if you turn left and it is a bit dodgy and don’t feel 100% safe on the street. There was also a camp of homeless people straight outside the door. To be clear the property felt very safe and secure."
