"Hotel was a good location for a wedding venue we were attending, although not much around the area. The breakfast was not very nice, and there were no snacks or food available for people arriving late in the evening. The beds were very comfortable, however there were stains in the bathrooms and communal areas were quite shabby. When walking down some stairs to the pool, they were crumbling beneath my parents feet. It is extremely expensive to get into Porto unless you want to take a 2.5 hour...

"For context, we stayed here as part of our honeymoon in Portugal, and it was by far the best place we stayed. The design of the hotel was beautiful. Everywhere you looked, there were fantastic views of the Douro River and surrounding hills framed by massive windows. The facilities were amazing.
