Could of stayed there for longer... Staff was friendly, helpful and very accommodated. Beautiful hotel to stay in and highly recommend it. Next time we need to come back and use the Spa"

"The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend! "
