"Steep steps into the building, I ended up using the ramp. Check-in needed ID which I think could have been done via the app in advance. Enjoyed the room although some corridor noise, a second door from the hall or a better room door would have been good. If you are disturbed very much depends on the other guests. Some parts of the hotel looked unfinished but I think this might have been the 'look'. Bed comfortable enough. Restaurant downstairs was good service but average food. Not much in the immediate area but close to the Metro."

We asked if we could change from 2 twins to a double and also didn’t need the parking but were told we couldn’t change what we had booked. Also, 2 of us in line waiting and front desk clerk kept taking phone calls instead of helping those of us in front of him."
