"We had a great stay despite hurricane Melissa and wish to commend the staff and management for their response and attention to guests' needs and services during and after the hurricane. We met many outstanding and caring staff and hope hotel will be able to retain them once it reopens. Prior to the hurricane, we were pleasantly surprised with upgraded swim-out suites at check-in. "I was staying at the Grand Palladium Jamaica resort during hurricane Melissa and staff tried to make the guest comfortable and they did their Best even know that Melissa was the worst Hurricane to hit the island . I am definitely going back just not in Hurricane season. pool area was nice, food drinks and staff wonderful."
