"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
"Landscape and ocean view was good. I also love the gazebo. The room was disgusting. The bathroom smells of sewage and tiles were dirty , plus no running water in the pipes, therefore , unable to bathe or flush the toilet. The white towels, and sheets were dingy. The smoke detector was also missing. I stayed for 1 night due to the poor conditions. However, the staff team were supportive and kind. They tried to accommodate us as best within their power."

"The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff here was so friendly and seemed to really want to be there. Walking down the pathways throughout the day, everyone says hello and good morning. There were many different food options, some better than others, but overall was good. We upgraded to the Preferred Club, which I don't really think was worth it. If we return, we would probably not do again. "

"This place was worth every penny!
This was my first ever all inclusive resort. I’ve been told what is included, but most of it seemed too good to be true, but this place delivered everything plus more. I cannot express how amazing this resort was.
Food:
The food was amazing. They have numerous restaurants which are all included in your package. The Italian & French restaurant were the best. The portion sizing are enough to fill you up, but not enough to make you feel disgusting. Each restaurant has a separate wine menu for an up charge, but they also offer house wines that are included in your stay. The buffets and lunch spots were always good too.
Room service:
Truly unlimited and the workers will place your stuff in a “secret” box that connects to your room. Super easy to order on the Hyatt app. The mini bar offers Coke, Coke Zero and 2 beers which is a lager and a Pilsner.
The property is gorgeous and well kept. Everywhere you look looks like a picture on a post card. The people are beyond kind and will do whatever to make your trip better. If you want to kick your feet up and relax by the pool or by the ocean then this will be the place for you.
The only negative we experienced was our room wasn’t ready until 4 pm (which wasn’t a big deal. We brought swim stuff in a backpack so we were drinking cocktails by the ocean and hardly noticed) and our TV didn’t work (we were only in the room to sleep or change). Highly recommend bring nice clothes (even nice pants). "

There were minor issues with the room but the staff made sure they were addressed as soon as possible. I'll definitely be back! "

My children love the tabletop chess board in the recreation room and the pool had a lifeguard.
Whilst on the beachfront food n beverages were accessible and that was great.
