"El hotel esta bien pero el aire acondicionado dejo de funcionar, hacian casi 40G Esa noche no me cambiaron justificandose que no tenian otro cuarto pero en lapagina de Expedia tenian 3 cuartos disponibles, luego, con la intervención de Expedia (un dia despues) me cambiaron de cuarto Este fue un error del hotel, la temperatura era insostenible"

"Heritage Madrid was the perfect place to stay for my first visit to the city.
