"The hotel, staff and room were amazing. The one negative was that, without any advance notice, the hotel’s restaurant was closed to a private function on both nights, a Thursday and Friday. For a Michilen starred restaurant, that would be unheard of in the US. What made it a bit worse is the staff were clearly uncomfortable with the situation, and would simply say the restaurant was “fully booked,” which was not quite accurate. "

"This is the second time we have stayed at this truly wonderful hotel. The family and staff are incredible - friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We love it there and hope to return again. "

"Convinient location near Napoli Centrale (approx 5 min walking). Police near by. Of note did have cellphone almost stolen. I will admit i was 4 min away from hotel andate at night. In general would recommend being vigilant in Naples. Otherwise hotel waa located in a good location. Also I did attempt to add a 3rd person to my reservation last minute. Was told no via message however, fortunately family member living in Italy was able to contact hotel amd facilitate process and get extra bed in bedroom. We mightve not been lucky if it had not been for my family member. Breakfast was great with many options"

"The staff from check in to check out was friendly helpful and on top of all of your needs. They provide a complimentary shuttle to the main area where you can find shops and restaurants. The property it’s self it in a perfect location and the view from their restaurants are breath taking. I highly recommend staying here while in Sorrento! "
