Staying here was pure heaven! This place is very special and absolutely beautiful. The room was amazing and the staff were so helpful and kind. And the breakfast and dinners??… so delicious and perfect! We hated to leave!

We had a wonderful time in Santiago, partially due to our accommodations. The location is most convenient to attractions as well as the metro should you want to navigate the city. The homemade breads each morning were scrumptious and the overall selection was extensive. The beds were comfy and the rooms were stylish. The staff speaks English which was a huge help when planning the days activities. I highly recommend this boutique hotel!!

The staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to please. Using Uber is fast, clean, and cheap for all excursions. The Concierge team arranged any activity and we so very helpful. Most questions and requests could be asked and replied via what’s app- which helped a lot without Spanish translations. The service my wife and I received was excellent, especially from Mr. Alfonso and Ms. Alison, who assisted us even before our arrival. Throughout our one-week stay, they were always helpful in recommending activities and places to visit in Santiago. The location is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood and very close to the metro station, making it a great choice for those who wish to use public transportation. We would definitely stay at this hotel again on our next visit to Santiago!

This hotel is great. Here is what stood out: 1. Rooms are very comfy with nice, hot showers 2. Breakfast is included and it is a fresh, hot breakfast rather than a generic buffet 3. Beautiful hotel boutique. Home away from home Breakfast is awesome

I loved the Aubrey Hotel, it's two large houses turned into a boutique hotel with great style and very intimate feel to the back terrace and the piano bar. The staff made the trip extra special. Hotel Bonaparte is my home away from home. The front desk reception personnel are so friendly, professional and courteous. Same goes to the personnel in restaurant, bar and housekeeping. Hotel is clean, comfortable and food is amazing. Beautiful neighborhood and walk into Providencia shopping. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Hyatt Santiago Vitacura is a great hotel- the room was very spacious and had amazing views of Los Andes. The staff was very friendly and responded to many of our questions providing recommendations about the area and clarifying any questions we had.The hotel is in a great area (safe and modern). We used Uber for transportation and worked well

ALMOST PERFECT. Great price, clean modern, beautiful. Great service. Two issues, one is no way to boil water in the room. Bathroom has very little privacy... and sound travels :)

Warm Chilian hospitality-balked at welcoming us after all nighting into Santiago from Miami-but "rushed " our room ready within two hours of arrival. Great location-walking to everywhere important except one restaurant a must- La Mer -a cab ride away. Great rooms-super bathrooms-ice delivery a little slow but "it gets there !! I repeated my stay on the way home-they deserved it !

Love the new addition of the game room next to the pool. Staff are super friendly and helpful. We were efficiently helped with dinner reservations and changes to our ski excursion. We also love the extras - a bottle of wine and a sandwich this time, but it’s litterally the luck of your draw. Last time we received free buffet breakfast and wine. A great place to stay. And well-locates just next to a shopping mall
