"Safe and quiet location, yet near the center of the Providencia. Easy access to the public transportation, and good options for the restaurant. The hotel was well-maintained and clean, and staffs were friendly and helpful. I would revisit if I come back to Santiago."

"Stair stops lights were never installed. It’s was dark and I fell to a hard wood floor bruising my side quite severely. Staff send me two apples and a banana. I spent an entire day in my room because of pain yet hotel reluctantly waive one half of my last night only after arguing with them. Will never return"

"good one"

"Buena localizacion, limpio"

"Very caring and accommodating staff. We arrived at 1am and everything run smoothly. Thank you"

"Meh… great location though"

"Place was nice located, but staff customer service is deficient, not so kind/helpful. Breakfast was nice."

"Great staff. Well located. Nice buffet breakfast. Clean rooms with comfy beds. Staff went out of their way to make our stay close to perfect"

"Sehr gute Lage"

"The staff were amazing as was the spa and the breakfast too. Great hotel overall."

"Wonderful boutique hotel with history and character."
