"This property is perfect! I stayed the night before my cruise and the host was wonderful!! My flight got in earlier, so she made the place available 4 hours before check-in time and allowed me to have a late check out! Each room has its own bathroom and it’s a small property which is perfect for privacy. I would give mixed reviews to the staff: a night clerk messed up a taxi reservation to the train station, which could have led me to miss a flight from Rome, but thankfully another clerk went above and beyond expectations to rectify the problem (kudos to the curly-haired clerk with his arm in a cast!). "Beautiful property and very well kept. The food at the bistro was delicious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This property is about a mile from the downtown of Bracciano. We did not have a car and the taxi service was unreliable. We walked into the town and there were not sidewalks on part of the walk which made it a bit dangerous. We would come back to this property. The pool was lovely and it was very relaxing."
