"There were dead bugs on the floor though out the unit. It smelled of dead cockroaches. The pictures in the add did not show the property in a true light. The bathroom sink plumbing was out of date, one cold water faucet and one hot water faucet. The bed was comfortable."

"Very nicely decorated. Has everything you need. And you can’t beat the gorgeous view on the balcony that has a room for plenty of family. Also great for pets. There are lots of dog owners who are very respectful and lots of green space to walk your furry companion. "

"Mariner's Landing is a great property with great on-site amenities. There's a nice pool, a lovely little lake beach, and a restaurant on site. The property is very clean and well-maintained.The studio condo we rented was also very nice. Very clean, nicely maintained. There were some nice, unexpected touches - coffee, shampoo, lotion, and other personal care items. I highly reccommend both Mariners Landing and this condo."
