"Great staff, beautiful pool. Incredible food in the restaurant. But the elevator is broken (and apparently has been for months). Looks like they have no plans to fix it, since we noticed the staff storing cleaning supplies in it. We had to move to a first floor room (from the Nyuri Penthouse Suite) when my husband got into an accident in Costa Rica and could no longer use the stairs. Very disappointing that the management company doesn't consider this a priority."

"Such a calm and relaxing experience. The property is beautiful and tranquil, really feels like a different world compared to its surroundings. The staff are kind and very helpful. Breakfast was top notch, made by the sweetest ladies. The best gallo pinto!!! The beach chairs really came in handy. There are plenty of great cafes/restaurants walkable distance. Can’t recommend enough if you’re looking for a truly relaxing experience. Will definitely stay here again."

"Cute boutique hotel. Friendly staff and good breakfast. My room was a bit dark and outdated. I wanted an omelette for breakfast but I was told that it wasnt included. They should definitely put that on the menu for breakfast. Other than that I enjoyed my stay!"

"Great property and great location. Very quiet and private. Walking distance to really good restaurants. Kids had a blast with the crabs and night and the beach during the day. The caretaker, Nelson, was amazing and so helpful!! We had a great time."

"Our family of 8 just returned from a 9-day trip to Costa Rica, and it ranks among the best vacations our family has ever taken. Costa Rica delivered on every front: incredible adventures, amazing food, and a gorgeous house.What made this trip truly special was the team who supported us throughout. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely taken care of. The concierge team helped us plan our excursions and meals each day and were always available to answer questions — no matter how big or small. Victor, our driver, was an absolute gem: professional, warm, and always with a smile on his face. We never once worried about navigation or logistics, which meant we could simply be present and enjoy every moment together. Maria, our housekeeper, prepared a traditional Costa Rican breakfast for us each morning, and it was delicious every single time. The chef rounded out a team that made our whole vacation feel effortless and extraordinary.The house itself is stunning. The sunset view from the pool is the kind of thing you have to see to believe — we took what felt like a thousand photos! Whether we were out on excursions, exploring local restaurants, or doing absolutely nothing by the pool, every moment felt special. "The house is amazing. But that Rooster has got to go. Pay the neighbors to get rid of their chickens so the Rooster will go elsewhere. Starts at 3 am and lasts until 7am. Super loud next to house. I could not sleep through it. I would love to return. But that Rooster is a big problem for me."

"The pool, location, and view made this the perfect stay for our group. Beautiful! We took adventure of having groceries delivered prior to our arrival and were so glad we did. Made our arrival so much easier!The things that would have made this stay better: more chairs/comfy chais on the front patio to enjoy as a group, cleaning supplies and kitchen items (tin foil/related items, pans, spices), and the coffee makers didn’t seem to work well."
