Casa Luarca. Beach front villa with private pool surrounded by tropical gardens

"My family enjoyed our stay at Casa Luarca. We especially loved the pool area which was definitely the highlight of the house. The accessibility to the beach is unmatched.Some things to note is that there is a lot of ants throughout the house, including the bedroom. My family had to buy ant spray to manage them. Also, the kitchen of the house wasn’t super clean but we dealt with it. Another big thing to keep in mind is that the housekeeper stays on the same property in a small back house. She was kind and we didn’t have any issues, however, there were a few times where she had family over and there were multiple people on the property. We had no issues, however, as precautious people with children, it did make us a bit wary. Another thing is that the housekeeper has two dogs and, unfortunately, they barked A LOT throughout the night. It was honestly quite annoying but we were able to sleep through it.Overall, we were happy with our stay. The AC units in the bedrooms worked great! The pool area is beautiful and the beach access is awesome."

"Stayed here for two nights and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is very well maintained and the rooms are well appointed. The beach is very safe and the water is shallow for a long time. Great spot for kids to play in the sand and water. The best thing about this experience was the staff - they were very helpful and went above and beyond in almost every interaction. Great property super close to Liberia airport."

"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is a perfect rental if you are in the area. The place was very clean - one of the biggest things I look for when I stay at a place. I always felt very safe as well, onsite security and a door code at the main entrance. The master bedroom was HUGE and the other rooms were perfect for smaller or larger groups. It was really a cute place and designed so well. Even the bathrooms had little toiletries to use."

"This was the perfect condo on the beach for our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 teenage kids). The kitchen was well equipped and the condo was spacious. It was also very quiet with little noise from connecting/surrounding condos. Security was excellent with a gated parking area and security personnel making rounds on the grounds. We felt very safe. The location is 10/10. Literally steps from the beach with a great ocean view. We enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants close by on the beach. The pool area was also very convenient and clean. There were nice lounge chairs available at the pool and even a shower to clean off feet/rinse upon returning from the beach. We would happily return here in the future!"
