"The apartment's in great shape, but the surrounding areas aren't, making people question the condo administration's maintenance. The host was super nice! There were 5 of us in the apartment, and we were missing a blanket set for the sofa bed. The host very kindly helped us out and left the missing set at our apartment. Everything inside was clean and working, except for the bathtub, which wasn't working and had a weird smell coming out of it. Other than that, the experience was amazing. The apartment is super close to several beaches (some of the most beautiful in Guanacaste) and the pool was more than amazing for a refreshing dip. It has a couple of awesome slides that kids and adults can enjoy even more."

"Our house manager, Alex, was extremely helpful and attentive. He was available at any time and responded immediately to any questions that we had, no matter how small. All of the staff at Zindis were friendly and helpful at all times. The concierge, Javier, help us with suggestions for excursions and booked exactly what we wanted."

"Beautiful property on a hill with spectacular views of the ocean. Large spacious rooms and authentic Costa Rican food. Reliable shuttle to connect to the beach since the hotel is on a hill and walking up/down the hill an be challenging. Really warm ocean waters and hot temperatures with no humidity. Relatively no mosquitoes around this time of the year!"

"Bob and Connie were great hosts! Knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. Villa was roomy and welcoming and showers were great—lots of hot water! Kids really enjoyed the pool and the slides. Jacuzzi was tepid but we haven’t found a single hot tub in Costa Rica that actually has hot water —those must only be with hot springs."

"This was our first family trip to Costa Rica and we truly enjoyed. Weather spectacular each day and Villa Vista Luna just beautiful. It was a joy to be out all day enjoying activities and return home to this spectacular space. The shared living space is luxurious yet comfortable. The 3 bedrooms are super comfortable and each have their own bathrooms and closet space. Kitchen fully stocked with plenty of dishes - glasses - nice wine glasses too.The outdoor space built for comfort and fun with a fantastic infinity pool and plenty of couches and chairs to hang out and relax which we did every night. Great outdoor bathroom on pool deck as well. This home in Hermosa Heights is absolutely beautiful and we highly recommend. Plus Zindis Team is extremely professional and kind. "We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely recommend this home. The views are breathtaking, and the house sits atop a quiet, secure, gated community that felt very safe and peaceful.The home was immaculate—bright, clean, and welcoming. Each bedroom has direct access to the pool and beautiful views. Three of the four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and the fourth has a full bathroom directly across the hall, which was very convenient.The pool was spotless and incredibly refreshing, especially in the 80 degree weather. The kitchen was well equipped with a great variety of cookware and appliances, along with thoughtful basics like spices, oils, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash liners, and paper towels. Bathrooms were stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. There was also laundry detergent, extra toilet paper, a washer and dryer, and beach towels in each room. The only small suggestion would be a few additional bath towels, but the laundry made this easy to manage.Our house manager, Alex, was fantastic—kind, responsive, and helpful. He met us at check-in for a walkthrough, communicated promptly, and gave great recommendations for local attractions.Overall, this home exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others."

"Apartment was clean, spacious and bright. Air conditioning was nice and cool. Pool was nice. The kitchen was great. Self check-in was easy (they sent instructions in advance). Easy 12 minute walk to Hermosa beach. Would definitely stay here again. "
