Great hotel with amenities for families. Very clean and great staff! The food options could use a larger variety. By day 3 it was boring.

I paid extra for a poolside room and at check in was told there were none available. Had to stay in a room up two flights of stairs. I paid for something I did not receive.

The staff and entertainment staff were so amazing always checking in making sure your having fun and anything you need.. food was great lots of pools and bars .. night shows amazing.. highly recommend

The friendly staff, cleanliness and wildlife around the resort made the trip! Most of the pools were a bit deep for our youngest to enjoy, but the kids had a great time in the wave pool. The activities were always delayed, sometimes up to 30 minutes. The lazy river left a lot to be desired. The food was always good. We were very disappointed booking with Expedia, as the price quoted with taxes and fees was $800 less than what we were charged. Also the $400 credit was in the form of coupons. For example, pay $100 USD and get $25 off. Everything at the resort was 2-3 times more expensive than what it was a home, like sun screen, vanilla, clothing or even Tajin.

We had a wonderful time at this all inclusive resort.The staff are very friendly, the food is wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful and clean. Highly recommend a stay at this resort!
