"Perfect adults only hotel. Being able to make reservations ahead of time was fantastic. The buffet was great. The à la carte restaurants were even better. Would highly recommend and return in the future."

"The staff was amazing, friendly, and very accommodating! We ordered one of the special spa packages upon check in and it was very relaxing and the massage was wonderful. The room was very comfortable (although the bed was a bit too firm for our taste) and the building architecture was a lot of fun with many stone pillars. The food was very good as well, and there was good variety for both meat eaters and vegetarians. Sadly, there wasn't much of a beach due to the sorgassum, but this was to be expected. There is a little part of beach at the end of the hotel (with a small bar) which was peaceful and pretty (not great for swimming because it was very rocky, but good for laying out and relaxing). The fire show was fun and we wished there were more entertainment options like that one! The day time classes (salsa, guacamole, mezcalitas) were enjoyable and a great way to have a mid day snack or drink! Beware of the gift shop, it is very overpriced (somewhat expected). We were told a small pack of benadryl was $42 USD, so I went out to one of the larger more reputable licensed pharmacy chains, ~1/2 mile easy walk, and generic diphenhydramine was $3 USD."

"We were in bungalow, it was beautiful spacious well furnished. The ambiance is lovely because of the incredible garden, which feels like a tropical jungle all around. The pool was great as well. Staff for so friendly and pleasant. And then you can’t beat the location right in the heart of the commercial area, but still feels secluded and quiet. Looking forward to going back."

"Staff was very attentive right from my first steps walking in. I was supposed to get VIP upgrade in room. They did tell me, though those rooms faced new construction that was going on. So I was actually happy with the rooms that I stuck with instead of doing the upgrade. All in all, very helpful every day, including the bartender."

"The 1st thing I liked about the property was the location! It’s close to everything. The ferry station, 5th avenue shopping and clubs! 2 nd was how clean and well maintained the property is. 3 rd was the staff very friendly and helpful. Love the bartenders at the Rooftop Bar! It was nice you could order food from there. The food and drinks were great! The taxi station was a nice amenity!"
