This is a wonderful shore motel!! 1 block away from Lucky Leos on the boardwalk. Breakfast is only steps away. Room was an efficiency with a stove, microwave and fridge. Staff was excellent! Free parking onsite, as well as pool. Room was CLEAN and peaceful. Doors lock securely unlike other cheaper motels. I WILL be staying here again and again when visiting seaside. BEST motel ive been in this year! THANK YOU Franklin Terrace for an awesome experience!!

This hotel is one of the best I have ever stayed in! The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The guest were very respectful and polite. All the amenities were available. Indoor heated pool, was very clean. The gym was great and clean.
