"I really wish that our bathroom door wasn't see through but other than that the stay was good. Our Hilton hotel driver, Giovanni was very helpful. He definitely made the stay more convenient. He was very nice, and even helped us make a reservation to a restaurant, which ended up being one of the best restaurants we've been to so far during our trip. He made the experience enjoyable. "

"I would stay at this hotel again. The location is very close to the train station and although it is very busy, you are close to the city center. However, slightly far from the Arno river and Ponte Vecchio bridge so be prepared to walk about 15 minutes. Rooms are clean and staff is very friendly. Breakfast is good and a reasonable price for the area."
